不同杉木半同胞家系种子生物学特性的差异 被引量:12

摘要 种子是延续物种、扩大种群生态位空间的生命载体。为探讨不同家系杉木种子的萌发特性及其生态适应性差异,对杉木种子园10个杉木半同胞家系种子的种子大小、萌发特性等进行比较研究。结果表明:不同杉木半同胞家系的种子大小及萌发特性存在显著差异。供试家系杉木种子发芽率随时间的变化呈"S"型增长,各杉木家系这种曲线变化趋势大致相同,但不同家系种子发芽的均匀性及同步程度有明显差异。23号的杉木家系种子发芽率高于50%,36号小于20%,20号小于30%,大部分杉木家系种子发芽率在30%-40%之间。不同家系杉木种子的萌发特性与种子大小无明显相关关系。以种子发芽特性为依据,10个家系杉木种子可分为速萌型、稳定型、正态型、延迟速萌型4种。 The seed is life carrier of the continuation and expanding population niche space of species. In order to determine seed germination countermeasure and its ecological adaptation of Chinese fir,seed size and seed germination traits of 10 half-sib Chinese fir families were investigated. The results showed that seed size and seed germination traits of different half-sib Chinese fir families were different significantly. With the time-varying the seed germination rate increased in "S"type,the trends of this curve were roughly same of the selected Chinese fir families. But the uniformity and synchronous of seed germination of different Chinese fir families were different significantly. Germination rate of family No. 23 was higher than 50%,family No. 36 was less than 20%,family No. 20 was less than 30%,most of the seed germination rates were between 30% and 40%. Seed germination characteristics and germination pattern of different Chinese fir families both had no significantly correlated with seed size. Divisions of seed germination pattern,seed germination of 10 Chinese fir families could be divided into four types: speed, stable, normal,delay-speed.
