北京市高校教师国际流动的现状及其影响因素的实证研究被引量：7

摘要高校教师的国际流动是高等教育国际化研究和实践非常关注的问题,但中国高校教师国际流动的实际情况如何,鲜有实证研究。本研究对北京市高校教师国际流动的现状及其影响因素进行了实证分析。本文提出以"在地国际化"缓解教师国际流动机会不足、缺乏资金支持等现状。
