Narcotrend监测在斜视矫正术患者术中唤醒的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 在斜视矫正手术患者术中唤醒试验中观察瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉下Narcotrend(NT)麻醉深度监测仪的作用。方法本院2013年1月~9月30例行斜视矫正手术患者采用瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉,术中应用NT监测麻醉深度,记录开始唤醒试验即刻(NTI1)、患者遵照指令反应时(NTI2)和唤醒试验成功加深麻醉(NTI3)的NT指数(NT Index),以及唤醒试验期间NTI最大值,并在手术后的第1天随访手术患者对唤醒试验的回忆情况。结果 NTI1NTI2和NTI3时NTI分别为(76±3)、(89±7)、(74±4),与NTI1、NTI3时比较,NTI2时NTI、MAP和HR更高,有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而各时点RR差异无统计学意义。与NTI1时比较,NTI3时NTI、MAP、RR和HR差异无统计学意义。唤醒试验期间NTT2时NTI最高,NTI最大值与患者按照指令反应时间上同步。无患者对术中唤醒经过有记忆,且无患者对术中其他事件有回忆。结论 Narcotrend麻醉深度监测仪监测可应用于斜视矫正手术行术中唤醒试验,能够有效预测患者能否遵照指令反应,对唤醒试验起重要指导作用。
