摘要 目的 :观察Genistein对乳腺癌细胞的抑制作用。方法 :采用MTT法、克隆形成实验、3 H TdR掺入实验测定Genistein对人乳腺癌细胞株BCaP 3 7的生长、克隆形成和DNA合成能力的抑制作用。结果 :Genistein能明显抑制BCaP 3 7细胞的生长、克隆形成和DNA合成 ,呈明显的剂量 效应关系 ,随作用时间延长其效果明显增强。结论 :Genistein通过抑制人乳腺癌细胞株BCaP 3 7DNA合成而降低其生长和繁殖能力。 Objective: To investigate whether the Genistein possesses antiproliferative and cytotoxic effects on human breast cancer cell. Methods: Cell growth and proliferation were measured by microculture tetrazolium(MTT) assay and cell clone forming assay, synthesis of DNA by 3H thymidine incorporation. Results: The results showed that Genistein could result in a dose dependent and time dependent growth inhibition, reduction of the cloning and 3H thymidine incorporation in DNA of human breast cancer cell BCaP 37. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that Genistein can inhibit the growth and proliferation of human breast cancer cell BCaP 37 through blocking DNA synthesis.
