摘要
急诊患者多发病急、病情复杂而且患者及家属的情绪也是极不稳定,护士除了要具有娴熟的护理操作技能和理论知识外,还要了解和掌握急诊患者的心理状态及心理护理要点,这样才能更好的和患者沟通,使患者就诊时有安全感,增加满意度,减少护患纠纷的发生,从而积极配合治疗,达到满意和康复。
