临床医学研究生医患沟通能力现状调查及提高对策

Analysis and countermeasures on the investigation of the current situation of doctor-patient communication skills among clinical medical postgraduates

目的:了解地方某高校临床医学研究生医患沟通能力现状,并以此为依据探讨提高对策。方法:通过自行设计的调查问卷,以不记名方式对该高校附属医院的一年级至三年级研究生进行调查。结果:该校临床医学研究生能够意识到医患沟通的重要性,并赞同开设医患沟通方面教程,但在实际教学工作中理论教学形式单一,在临床工作中医患沟通能力缺乏并缺少医患沟通技巧相关培训,同时存在影响医患关系的自身因素及社会因素。结论:临床医学研究生医患沟通能力存在不足,提高需要个人、培养单位、社会方面共同努力及全面协调。

Objective：To investigate the current situation of the communication skills of clinical medical post- graduates between doctors and patients in one university, and so as to make countermeasures to improve the com- munication skills of the clinical medical postgraduates. Methods： Adopt the anonymous questionnaire to conduct a survey to the clinical medical postgraduates in the aflfiliated hospital from the first grade to the third grade. Results： The medical postgraduates of this university have already noticed of the importance of the doctor-patient communi- cation, and they are in favor of setting some related courses to help them improve the communication skills. Howev- er,the teaching in reality is usually theoretical and lack of communication and skills training, and the form of the teaching is quiet limited.Conclusions： The individuals, training organizations and the society as a whole should work together to make efforts to improve the communication skills of clinical medical postgraduates.
