协同刺激分子B7-H6生物学特性及其在肿瘤中的意义

摘要 自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells,NK)是固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,通过释放趋化因子和细胞因子,广泛参与炎症反应与适应性免疫应答,在抗肿瘤、抗病毒感染以及干细胞移植等方面发挥重要作用。NK细胞的活化取决于其细胞表面活化信号及抑制信号的共同调控。NKp30是自然细胞毒性受体(natural cytotoxicity receptors,NCR)家族成员之一,是NK细胞表面重要的活化性受体,通过识别靶细胞上相关配体,介导NK细胞发挥生物学功能。
