摘要
目的 检测三氯乙烯对受试动物雄性生殖细胞的遗传毒性。方法 以不同剂量的三氯乙烯经口染毒实验动物 ,连续 5d,于首次给予受试物后的第 35天处死动物 ,制片 ,观察精子形态 ,并与阳性对照组和阴性对照组进行比较分析。结果 与阴性对照组相比 ,低剂量组的精子畸形率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,中、高剂量组的精子畸形率差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 三氯乙烯精子畸形试验结果阳性 。
Objective To evaluate genotoxicity of trichloroethylene (TCE) to the sperm of mice. Methods After the administration of TCE to the mice (qd×5) by gavage, the animals were sarcrified on the 35th day following the first administration. By slides, the forms of sperm were observed. Results The ratio of sperm malformation in low dose group showed no difference with that of control group ( P <0 05). However, the ratios of middle group and high group were higher than those of control ( P <0 01). Conclusion TCE might have positive effect on the sperm formation of the mice, suggesting that TCE might cause genotoxicity on the sperm of male mice.
