摘要
目前,中国正在制定《职务发明条例》,以规范职务发明。韩国的《发明振兴法》对职务发明的补偿标准及程序等做了系统的规定。比较考察韩中两国的职务发明相关规定,以便为中国的职务发明制度设计提供参考。
At present, China is being provided to Employee Inventions Act (draft) and is seeking the views of the public.This article explains the characteristics of employee invention in Korea, which is regulated by Korean Invention Promotion Act, from a comparative perspective with that of Chinese in order to be a reference material as a precedent for Employee Inventions.
