摘要 研究了水解珍珠对蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制作用及对小鼠B16黑素瘤细胞内酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素合成的影响,探讨水解珍珠的美白机理。结果表明:水解珍珠对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性具有明显抑制作用;此外,水解珍珠对B16细胞酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素生成量均有显著抑制效果,并随其浓度水平的提高,效果越明显,呈剂量依赖性抑制作用,可为水解珍珠应用于美白护肤品提供科学依据。 To explore the skin-whitening mechanism of pearl hydrolysate, the effect of pearl hydrolyzate on inhibition of tyrosinase, the change of tyrosinase activity and synthesis of melanin in 1316 murine melanoma cells were investigated. The results showed that the activity of tyrosinase in B16 murine melanoma cell and the synthesis of melanin had been obviously inhibited under different concentration of pearl hydrolyzate. Moreover, the higher pearl hydrolyzate concentration, the more obvious its inhibition effects. It may provide a scientific basis for pearl hydrolyzate being applied in skin-whitening care creams.
