城市历史建成环境的发展总是面临这样一种困境:原封不动的历史保护抑或推倒重来的城市更新?"都市针灸术"理论提供了另一种发展策略,力图使城市原有肌理延续与城市整体发展两者兼而有之,并行不悖:它主张通过选择关键的"穴位",进行小规模介入,从而改善城市的整体机能。试图通过对"都市针灸术"代表人物以及外延的理论进行分析,勾勒出其主要思想,呈现其多样性和丰富性,从而总结"都市针灸术"的独特疗法,探索适直中国城市发展的有效策略。

For the development of urban historically-built environment,we are always facing a dilemma：intact preservation or renewal after demoiishment？ The ＂urban acupuncture＂ theory provides an alternative strategy for development,and strives to combine the existing urban contexts with the overall urban development by selecting the key acupuncture point and taking small-scale intervention to improve the overall functionality of the city.This article attempts to analyze the representative scholars of ＂urban acupuncture＂ and the extensional theory,to outline their main ideas and present its diversity and abundance.Thereby the article tries to summarize the unique treatments of ＂urban acupuncture＂ and explore appropriate and effective strategies for Chinese urban development.
