公共空间的异化与重构——基于居住融合的城市中心区既有住区更新策略

Alienation and Reconstruction of Public Space:The Existing Urban Central Residential Area Renewal Based on Residential Fusion

关注城市中心区既有住区普遍存在的物质形态与社会形态双重隔离现象,重点分析了住区公共空间异化与社会隔离问题;在明确公共空间社会意义的基础上,提出城市既有住区更新居住融合的社会目标,指出了通过公共空间重构促进居住融合的理论基础与现实意义;最后,以公共空间重构为切入点,探讨了居住融合导向下的城市中心区既有住区更新策略。

This paper explores the dual isolation of social and substantial configuration in the existing urban central residential area,and particularly analyzes the alienation of public space and social segregation.Based on defining the social significance of public space,the social goals of residential fusion of existing urban residential area renewal are put forward,and the theoretical basis and practical significance of social fusion through public spatial reconstruction are pointed out.Finally,taking the reconstruction of public space as the point of departure,the residential fusion oriented renewal strategies of existing urban central residential area are investigated.
