摘要 随着城镇化的发展,住宅建筑规模也在逐渐增加。在过去的近十年的时间里,我国城镇住宅的建筑面积增加了2.3倍,而单位面积能耗则增加了27%。所以,有必要进行住宅建筑的节能设计,以便更好地降低住宅建筑能耗。而被动式节能设计成本较低,并且具有较好的节能效果,更适用于住宅建筑设计。因此,基于这种认识,本文对住宅建筑被动式节能设计问题进行了研究,从建筑规划布局和单体形式等方面对住宅建筑的节能设计问题进行了探讨。 with the development of urbanization, residential building scale is gradually increased. In the past 10 years, our country town residential building area increased 2.3 times, per area energy consumption were increased by 27%. Therefore, it was necessary to construct energy saving design of residential building in order to reduce residential building energy consumption. Passive energy saving design featured low cost, better energy saving result. Based on all characters, in this paper, passive energy saving design will be analyzed and residential building energy saving design will be researched with the factors of building plan outlet and single formation.
