2012—2013年福建口岸入境发热人员呼吸道病毒监测结果分析

Surveillance analysis of respiratory viruses of entry passengers in Fujian ports from 2012 to 2013

目的了解福建口岸入境人群呼吸道病毒感染情况。方法采集2012—2013年福建口岸入境人员卫生检疫中发现的流感样病例咽拭子,进行呼吸道病毒检测。结果 2012—2013年共采集咽拭子样本232份,检出呼吸道病毒阳性57例,以甲型流感为主。呼吸道病毒阳性病例不同年龄组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在性别和季节分布上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初步掌握福建口岸入境人员呼吸道传染病病原谱组成,为口岸呼吸道传染病防控提供依据。

Objective To understand respiratory viruses carried by entry passengers in Fujian ports. Methods Throat swab specimens were collected from influenza-like illness cases found by health inspection and quarantine in Fujian ports, 2012-2013. The respiratory viruses were detected by real-time RCR. Results A total of 232 throat swab specimens were collected, and 57 cases were positive for respiratory viruses, in which influenza virus A appeared as predominant strain（31/57）. There was significant difference in age distribution（P 〈0.05）, and were not statistically significant difference for sex and gender in respiratory viruses-postive cases. Conclusion The respiratory viral spectrum of entry passengers in Fujian ports was understood, which can provide basis for the prevention and control of respiratory transmitted diseases in port.
