出入境货物滋生螨类硫酰氟熏蒸抗性初步调查

Preliminary investigation of sulfuryl fluoride resistance of mites breeding in the entry and exit of goods

摘要 目的初步调查出入境货物滋生螨类硫酰氟熏蒸抗性情况。方法采集江苏张家港、南通、盐城、吴江、南京、常州等口岸经硫酰氟熏蒸处理后集装箱样本72份(其中装有废纸的集装箱样本42份,装有原木及木片的集装箱样本13份,其他货物集装箱样本17份),采用振筛分离法、Tullgren电热集螨法、直接镜检法对72份样本及97只箱内采获的蝇类体表携带螨类进行分离、鉴定。用平皿将实验室饲养的粉尘螨1 391只置于集装箱中用硫酰氟12 g/m3熏蒸处理24h后计算死亡率。结果在入境货物中,共分离出螨类14种,经分类鉴定隶属7科9属;采用硫酰氟熏蒸处理现场后,粉尘螨死亡率仅为3.81%。结论出入境货物中滋生螨类对硫酰氟产生了抗性,应加强对出入境货物滋生螨类的防治,以防虫媒传染病的国际间传播,保障人类健康。 Objective To survey sulfuryl fluoride resistance of mites breeding in the entry-exit cargo. Methods 72 samples of container fumigated by sulfuryl fluoride were collected at the ports of Zhangjiagang, Nantong, Yancheng,Wujiang, Nanjing, Changzhou etc, in Jiangsu Province, including 42 ones with wastepaper, 13 ones with logs and wood, and 17 ones with other cargo. Shakesieve tullgren and directicopy were used to isolate and identify mites from the 72 samples and body surface carrying of 97 flies collected in the containers. 1391 laboratory feeding dermatophagoides farinas laying on the plate were placed in the container and fumigated by 12 g/m3 sulfuryl fluoride for 24 h, mortality rate was calculated after then. Results 14 species of mites belonging to 9 genera and 7 families were separated and identified from these samples. The mortality of dermatophagoides farinae was only 3.81% after fumigation by sulfuryl fluoride. Conclusion There is an occurrence of sulfuryl fluoride resistance of mites breeding in the entry exit goods. Some measures should be taken to protect and control the breeding mites of the entry-exit cargo, in order to protect human health and prevent the spread of insect borne infectious disease through international communication.
