Disciplinary Structure and Scientific Orientation of Technology History

技术史经过18世纪末以来200多年的演进发展,已经形成包含一系列分支学科的复杂学科结构。技术史的所有分支学科,可以归并为基础技术史、综合技术史、部门类别技术史、技术社会活动史、专项技术制度史、专项技术成就史等六个学科群组。因研究对象相同,技术史与技术哲学、技术学形成同缘关系;因研究内容互涉,技术史又与科学史、文化史、工程史、农业史、工业史、交通运输史、建筑史等专门史形成近邻关系。

Having experienced 200 years evolution and progress since the end of the 18 th century, the history of technology has taken on a complex structure of a series of subdisciplines. It can be divided into the following six groups of subdisciplines： the basic history of technology, the comprehensive history of technology, the specialized history of technology, the history of technology and social activities, the history of specifi c technical systems, and the history of specific technical achievements. Technology, the history of technology, and the philosophy of technology are homologous because of their similar research content, it is adjacent relationship among history of science, history of culture, history of engineering, history of agriculture, history of industry, history of transportation, history of architectural and so on.
