中国顺丁橡胶生产技术发展的历史考察

Historical Investigation of the Development of Cis-1, 4-Polybutadiene Rubber Production Technology in China

本文考察了中国顺丁橡胶生产技术六十年的发展历程,认为镍系顺丁橡胶生产技术和稀土顺丁橡胶生产技术的工业化开发分别是以政府和企业为技术创新主体进行的。该项技术的发展历程见证了我国技术创新主体的转换。伴随技术创新主体转换而出现的技术创新主体缺位,是我国稀土顺丁橡胶生产技术工业化开发曾被长期搁置的原因。

This paper examines the developmental history of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production technology in the past sixty years in China. It shows that the cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production technology with nickel catalyst and the cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production technology with rare earth catalyst were developed with the government and the enterprise as the major innovative force in technology respectively. The developmental history of this technology witnesses the transformation of technology innovation subject in China. Our investigation suggests that the absence of the subject brought about by the transformation is right the reason for the industrial development of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production technology with rare earth catalyst to have been laid aside over a long time.
