Design of Paralleling Power Supply for LED Driver

摘要 大功率LED并联工作,有低驱动电压、高可靠性和长寿命的优点,但是要求LED驱动器能输出较大电流。LED驱动器的并联供电迎合了这个需求。文章设计1个LED驱动并联供电系统,首先论证系统整体方案,之后针对各项指标的实现进行理论分析,最后搭建1台LED驱动并联供电系统试验样机。样机由两个LED驱动器并联,每个LED驱动器输出电流可在50-350 m A平滑调节;并联供电时样机输出电流可以在100-700 m A平滑调节,且可在任意负载点平均分配电流。额定运行时样机输入电流谐波总含量8%,交流输入端功率因数0.992,系统效率83%。 Advantages such as low driving voltage, high reliability and long life could be accessible when high power LEDs working in parallel. However, it requires high output current from LED driver. LED driver paralleling power supply caters to the demand. This paper gives a design of LED driver paralleling power supply. At the very beginning, the paper demonstrates the scheme of the system. And then it presents theoretical analysis for the realization of the indicators. Finally, it builds a model machine of the LED driver paralleling power supply system. The model machine consists of two paralleling LED drivers. The output current of each driver can be regulated from 50 m A to 350 m A. And it can be regulated from 100 m A to 700 m A when the drivers connected in parallel under the condition of current averaged at any load point. The model machine's total harmonic distortion of input current is 8% at rated working condition, with power factor of 0.992 and efficiency of 83%.
