摘要
现代职业教育体系建设开拓了高职院校人才培养思路,为复合型人才培养创造了良好法制环境。在现代职业教育体系建设背景下复合型人才培养要取得成效,高职院校可以通过改革人才培养模式,跨专业组建教学团队、学习团队等方式开展复合型人才培养,并采取做好顶层设计,完善教学质量保障体系,进行复合型人才培养专项督导,加强教师队伍建设等措施,确保复合型人才培养落实到位。
The construction of modern vocational education system offers new ideas of cultivating talents in the vocational colleges,as well as creates a legal ambiance for the compound talents. In order to cultivating the compound talents in the context of modern vocational education system,the vocational colleges should reform talent nurturing mode,form interdisciplinary teaching and learning team,do the top design,improve teaching quality assurance system,carry out special supervision,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and so on,thus the training of interdisciplinary compound talents could be effective.
