2010版中国药典明确规定人血液制品的蛋白质含量测定方法为凯氏定氮法。为提高该方法的测定准确性,我们在样品稀释、消化、蒸馏和滴定方面给予更加详细的操作方法和建议,为进一步提高人血液制品质量、产量和利润提供了依据。
China Pharmacopoeia 2010 clearly definednitrogen determination method for Kjeldahl determination method of protein content in human blood products.In order to improve the accuracy of determination of the method,we give the method of operation and the suggestion in more detail in the sample dilution,digestion,distillation and titration,to further improve the human blood productsquality,provide the basis for the yield and profit.
