抗感染以外因素在肺炎治疗中的作用

Effect factors of anti infection outside in the treatment of pneumonia

目的:分析临床治疗肺炎类疾病的过程中抗感染以外因素的影响作用。方法:采用回顾式分析方式,从2012年6月至2014年6月来我院治疗难治性肺炎的患者病例中选出52例,对患者的病例进行详细分析,了解其中非抗感染类因素所占的比例,并对具有各类非抗感染类因素患者的治疗情况进行分析。结果:在选择的52例患者中,存在不明确的其它疾病患者有23例,出现反流或误吸的患者有9例,出现痰液引流不畅的患者有7例,医源性肺炎难治患者有4例,患者本身免疫力较低的有4例,其它原因患者5例。结论:临床难治性肺炎患者或多或少会出现一些被忽视的致病因素,只有对这些易忽略的非抗感染类致病因素进行确定,才能够对症下药,提高患者的治疗效果。由此可见抗感染与抗非感染类治疗具有着同等的重要性。

Objective: effect of process analysis of clinical treatment of pneumonia like disease infection outside factors. Methods: the retrospective analysis of 52 cases of type, selected from 2012 June to 2014 June in our hospital for the treatment of refractory pneumonia cases, detailed analysis of patient cases,understand the non anti infective factors proportion, and to have all kinds of non anti infective drugs for treatment of patients with hormone analysis. Results: in the 52 cases selected patients, there is no clear other disease in 23 cases, the emergence of regurgitation or aspiration of patients with 9 cases, the emergence of sputum drainage not free in patients with 7 cases, iatrogenic pneumonia patients with 4 cases, the patients themselves with low immunity of 4 cases other reasons for the 5 patients. Conclusion: the clinical treatment of refractory pneumonia patients more or less there will be some neglected pathogenic factors, only to these non anti infective pathogenic factors are determined easily overlooked, can suit the remedy to the case, improve the treatment of patients with. Thus the anti infection and anti- infection treated with equal importance class.
