品管圈在低年资医护人员心肺复苏技术培训中的应用

目的:探讨品管圈对低年资医护人员心肺复苏能力的作用。方法:成立品管圈管理活动小组,运用品质管理手法提高低年资医护人员心肺复苏能力。结果:实施品管圈活动后,低年资医护人员心肺复苏能力在理论知识达标率方面由培训前22.2%提高到100%,临床操作合格率由33.3%提高到88.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:正确运用品管圈可明显提高低年资医护人员心肺复苏能力。

Objective:to explore the effects of quality control circle on strengtheningthe competence of CRP in junior medical staffs.Methods:QCC activity group was set up and the activity theme was estabilished. Impoved the competence of CRP in junior medical staffs with QCC。Results:After QCC,the theoretical knowledge of CRP in junior medical staffs,CRP clinical skills were better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).afterthe OCC activity,the competence of CRP in junior medical staffs were impoved。
