摘要
研究了对氨基苯磺酸-过氧化氢新体系的化学发光行为,对影响发光强度的诸因素及金属离子的催化效能进行了试验和探讨。基于钴(Ⅰ)离子对新体系的催化作用,通过优化条件实验,建立了用于测定钴(Ⅰ)的化学发光新方法。方法的检出限为0.01ppCo^(2+),线性响应范围达4个数量级。将方法应用于正常人血清钴的测定,其变异系数不大于4%,且测定结果与用原子吸收光谱法所得结果一致。
The chemiluminescence of p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid-hydrogen peroxide was studied. The factors which influenced chemiluminescence intensity and the catalytic efficiency of metal ions were tested and discussed. A novel method for the determination of cobalt, which was based on the catalysis of cobalt, was developed. The concentration range of linear response is about four orders, and the det ction limit is less than 0.01 ppb Co(Ⅱ). The proposed procedure is applied to determine trace cobalt in normal human serum with variation coefficient of 4%. The obtained results tallied with those of AAS.
