摘要
以轻型建筑格莱珉银行陆口支行为研究对象,在通常的建筑主题以外,着重考察了其在设计上基于乡村肌理和功能类型而来的原型嬗变、基于身体需求和气候条件而来的效能提升,以及实施过程中工作级配的方式和工作机会的分布;由此还论及在新一轮的乡村建设中,技术与"乡愁"、外来与本土、兴建与维护诸对范畴之间的矛盾,并探讨轻型建筑系统作为一种乡村建设路径的现实可能性及其独特价值。
Being a study of the newly completed lightweight building Grameen China （Lukou）, this paper examines, besides the more general architectural themes, three aspects of the project： appropriation of prototype based on context and program, enhancement of performance based on climate in the design stage; and the hierarchy of task organization, distribution of job opportunities in the construction stage. The paper further touches upon some typical contrarieties in the new wave of rural development, such as technology and nostalgia, the extrinsic and the intrinsic, construction and maintenance. With these elaborations, the paper inquires into the lightweight building system as a feasible way in rural development and its unique contribution in this practice.
