摘要
TOD模式的核心是交通和土地使用的整合,表现在高密度、功能混合、低碳交通3方面。本文从风景园林的角度分析TOD模式中步行交通的空间布局。首先简要回顾TOD的发展沿革和相关理论背景;然后论述该模式驱动下的城市步行空间体系,包括清晰的商业-交通复合中心、共享街道和多功能的广场公园等;在此基础上,进一步提出塑造多重地表化的中心结构、建立具有连续界面的步行路径、改善基础设施沿线的步行可达性、运用步行体系整合公共及附属绿地等相关城市步行空间设计策略;最后,对TOD模式在我国的应用前景进行了展望。
The core of TOD model is the integration of traffic and land use, which can be manifested in three aspects such as high density, mixed functions and low- carbon transportation. This paper analyzed the space pattern of pedestrian traffic in TOD model from the perspective of landscape architect. First. the paper briefly reviewed the development history of TOD and its related background. And then discussed the spatial structure of the urban pedestrian under the T^D model, including clear commercial-traffic composite center, sharing streets and multifunctionaI plazas and parks. On this basis, the paper further put forward a series of design strategies for urban pedestrian space, such as shaping pedestrian structure with multiple surface, constructing pedestrian path with continuous interface, improving pedestrian accessibility along infrastructure, and integrating public and affiliated green spaces through pedestrian system. Finally, the application of TOD model in China in the future was prospected.
