From Rural Reconstruction to Ecological Civilization A Dialogue with Prof.Wen Tiejun

新时期如何破解"三农"问题,既是国家面对的重大挑战,也是专业人士应承担的社会责任。近年来,建筑学界、城乡规划学界越来越多地参与到乡村的发展建设中,从建成环境改造、乡村产业帮扶到社会组织改进多有涉及。在推动"新乡村建设"运动发展的过程中,面临诸多新问题。为此,笔者与中国"三农"问题专家温铁军教授进行了一次对话,分别探讨了乡村建设的历史经验与现实困境、现代国家构建与乡村治理、土地流转与人口流动以及新型城镇化与生态文明建设这四个方面的内容。温教授的论述有助于理清问题,以便更加踏实、有效地介入乡村的发展建设。

How to solve the ＇Three Rural Issues＇ （the issues of agriculture, rural areas and peasantry） in the new era has become social responsibilities shared by all, as well as a great challenge to the entire nation. In recent years, the academic community of architecture and urban and rural planning have increasingly engaged critically with rural development. Their participation, ranging from built environment restoration, rural industry support to social organization improvement, motivates the development of Rural Reconstruction, and meanwhile, it puts many new questions on the table. The Dialogue with Prof. Wen Tiejun, an expert on the ＇Three Rural Issues＇, expounds from four following aspects： the historical experience and realistic difficulties of rural reconstruction, modern statestructure and rural governance, land circulation and population mobility, as well as new urbanization and ecological civilization. Prof. Wen＇s farsighted contribution to the discussion will no doubt clarify the problems faced by rural reconstruction efforts, and lead to more practical and effective participation on the part of the academic communities.
