在中国当前高速城镇化的背景下,城市居民的生活方式转变带来了新的城市公共健康问题。城市规划师和建筑师作为城市建成空间重要的设计者,可引导"健康城市"计划;通过借鉴国际上其他国家的成功经验,促进跨学科、跨部门与跨行业的协同合作,在设计决策中以理论研究和实践经验为依据,使建成环境能够促进城市居民日常体力活动的增加,减少相关慢性疾病的发病率。研究重点介绍纽约市的《公共健康空间设计导则》的策略内容、循证策略体系的生成及跨部门协调与社会参与产生的影响力三方面内容,为中国公共健康问题的解决提供参考。

The change of lifestyle has brought about public health issues. Planners, designers, and architects are important participants of built environment and they shal lead “healthy city” planning. Experience from other countries has evidenced that cross-disciplinary, departmental, industrial cooperation in building environment may improve physical activities and reduce diseases. The paper introduces the evidence-based strategy system creation, departmental coordination, and public participation in healthy public space design guideline, New York, and provides reference for Chinese public health problem solution.
