摘要
随着城市空间结构和使用功能的重大转化,大量旧工业厂区正在从城市里消失,如何继承城市工业历史文化,保留城市文脉,对城市发展具有紧迫的现实意义。本文通过对北京798艺术区的改造以及发展的过程进行分析,剖析其改造发展所呈现的良性效果和存在的问题,从而总结出适合于我国的城市旧工业厂区的再生利用策略。
As city’s structure and function have been changing profoundly, old industrial areas are quickly disappearing. How to preserve and inherit the traditional culture of urban industry is of immediate signifi cance.By analyzing the positive effects and remaining problems of the alteration and development of the 798 arts district, we formulate a strategy to renew the old urban industrial area in our country.
