Two characteristics on the developmental history of art of prescription

回顾方剂学发展历史 ,总结方剂学演变规律 ,可以看出 ,在方剂的原始积累以及临床辨治思路上 ,呈现出如下两个鲜明的特征 :从经验用方转向理论组方 ,从理法方药相脱节转向理法方药相结合 ;从辨病论治转向辨证论治 ,从方病对应转向方证对应。深入认识方剂学学术发展特点 ,对于准确把握中医方剂的组方原则及配伍要点 ,透彻领会中药复方的科学内涵和作用机制 。

By recalling the history of art of prescription and summarizing its law of development, two apparent characteristics can be shown on its primitive accumulation and clinical treating thoughts. One is the trend of transformation from empirical formula to theoretical formula, and from the discrepancy between medical theories and medical prescriptions to their combination. The other one is from treatment based on differentiation of diseases to differentiation of symptoms and signs, and from correspondence of prescription and diseases to correspondence of prescription and syndrome. It is of realistic significance to further recognize the developmental characteristics of the art of prescription, not only for mastering the prescription rules and main points of matching of ingredients in compounding, but also on comprehending its scientific implication and mechanism
