摘要
过去十年由地产开发带动的噱头似的酒店建设热潮已经褪去,酒店这个全球化的优质资产如今在中国成了财务的负担,回归运营是未来酒店发展的必然。多样化的酒店投资和运营也给设计带来了新的挑战,本文意在探索酒店投资及运营的多样性并提出未来发展的方向。
Abstract During the past ten years, the hotel construction boom, which is like a stunt brought by real estate development, has been receded. Nowadays, hotel-the global quality assets-has become a financial burden of China. To return to the mode of operation will be definite of the hotel development in the future. Variety of hotel investment and operation will bring challenge to the hotel building design. This article aims at discussing the variety of hotel investment and operation and the direction of hotel development in the future.
