摘要
临港经济在南沙区发展中占有重要地位,根据临港产业对港口码头依赖属性、依赖程度的不同,可将其分为岸线资源利用型和港口码头运输功能依托型。临港产业、临港企业空间分布非均衡集聚的特征明显,临港产业的区位属性差异决定了临港经济土地利用的空间特征与格局,进而导致不同属性特征的"港口码头区—临港经济功能区—城市综合功能区"空间联系模式的形成。在海港型城市新区规划中,应兼顾科学分区与用地均衡、营造高效有序的物流空间体系、合理规划与高效利用岸线资源,以及科学协调存量用地与增量用地的关系。
The port-neighboring economy is important to Nansha district. With the different nature, port-centered industry could divide into coastal resource utilization style and port transportation style. The port-centered industry and enterprise have the unbalance congregating feature, the location decides the spatial feature of land-use, form the "quayside-economic function districtscomprehensive function districts" model. The harbor urban plan should balance the zoning and land-use, build a efifcient logistics system, efifcient use the coastal resource, coordinate the relation between stock land and incremental land.
