摘要
当前,随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,新城、新区如雨后春笋般不断涌现,加快了我国的经济社会发展。徐州市西部新城依托自身发展优势及克服自身发展劣势,以及顺应当前的政策和产业发展趋势—发展旅游业、健康服务业和养生养老服务业,提出"智慧云都、生态绿城"的规划理念,对用地结构、产业发展、道路系统和绿地景观进行了有针对性的规划,着力于打造一个融智慧服务中心和健康生态绿城为一体的西部新城。
