摘要
本文介绍广州市工业遗产现状概况,比较了近年来广州推行的"文化遗产普查""项目排查""媒体和专家提名推荐历史建筑"等文化遗产保护制度实践,以广钢集团、广州造纸厂、广铁援外仓等案例,比较在不同的旧厂改造模式下保护制度介入的时间及效果,提出有利于工业遗产各阶段保护的制度建议。
This paper introduces the present situation of the industrial heritage in Guangzhou, compares the practice of the cultural heritage preservation systems that Guangzhou has implemented in recent years, such as ＂cultural heritage censuses＂, ＂project investigations＂, ＂media and experts recommending historic buildings＂, etc. and compares the results at different time when the preservation system intervenes under different modes of old factory transformation by cases of Guangzhou Iron and Steel Group, Guangzhou Paper Mill, Guangzhou Railway Bureau Warehouse and so on. At last, it puts forward regime proposals which are conducive to preserve industrial heritage in various stages.
