摘要
上海当代旧区改造的速度和规模日益提高,使一些具有遗产价值但尚未得到足够关注的石库门里弄民居建筑面临即将消失的威胁。本文对位于上海闸北区安庆路的一条石库门里弄"成德里"展开相关实证研究,对其6栋石库门里弄民居的遗产价值进行分析定义,并探讨将之纳入保护的合理途径。
The urban renewal in Shanghai is growing quickly in scale. A number of architectural heritages were threatened to tear down because they haven＇t enlisted to be official landmarks. The paper conducts an empirical study on anearly-modern Shi-ku-men Lilongresidence titled ＂Cheng-de Li＂ in Shanghai Zha-bei District. Its multiplicity of values as architectural heritage is revealed and the approach of conservation is discussed.
