血清新蝶呤及hs-CRP与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系

Correlation between serum levels of neopterin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary artherosclerosis

目的：探讨血清新蝶呤及 hs －CRP 与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系。方法选取2013年8月至2013年11月郑州大学第一附属医院心内科88例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者，均接受冠状动脉造影检查，根据 Gensini 积分＜20、20～40、≥40分为 A、B、C 组。测定所有患者血清新蝶呤及 hs －CRP 水平，分析血浆新蝶呤及 hsCRP 与冠脉病变程度的关系。结果B、C 组血清新蝶呤、hs －CRP 水平较 A 组高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。C 组血清新蝶呤、hs －CRP 水平较 B 组高（P ＜0．05）。结论血清新蝶呤与 hs －CRP 水平可以反映冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of neopterin,high -sensitivity C -reactive protein＆nbsp;（hs -CRP）and coronary artherosclerosis.Methods 88 patients with coronary artherosclerosis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August of 201 3 to November were selected and examined by coronary arteriongraphy.All patients were divided into A,B,C group according to the Gensini scores 〈20,20 to 40,more than 40.Serum levels of neop-terin and hs -CRP were detected,and the relationship between plasma neopterin,hsCRP and the degreee of coronary artery le-sions.Results The surum levels of neopterin and hs -CRP of group B,C were higher than group A,and the levels of group C were higher than group B,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum levels of neopterin and hs -CRP can reflect the degree of coronary atherosclerosis.
