摘要
H型高血压是伴有血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)升高的原发性高血压,临床上较常见,高血压与高Hcy共存时可使心脑血管疾病的风险显著增加。笔者主要就H型高血压的发病机制、危害及治疗等方面进行综述。
The essential hypertension with HHCY is defined as H-hypertension. It is very common in clinic. High blood pressure and high homocysteine（ HHcy） coexistence can promote a significantly increased risk of heart head blood-vessel disease. In this paper,the pathogenesis,harm and treatment of H-hypertension are summarized.
