摘要
随着学科日益分化,各个学科之间的交叉领域研究将逐渐增多,为推动园艺疗法与整合医学的研究发展,文章就园艺疗法与整合医学的定义及对人体健康的作用进行了介绍,对园艺疗法中植物在色彩、香气、食疗、园艺活动4方面促进人体身心健康进行分析,阐述了园艺疗法作为辅助疗法在整合医学概念下的具体作用及功能;并展望了植物应用于园艺疗法与整合医学的交叉研究及其应用发展。
With the increasing differentiation of subject, cross field between subjects gradually increased. Inorder to promote the development of horticultural therapy and holistic integrated medicine, this paperpresented the definition of horticultural therapy and holistic integrated medicine and introduced their effectson human health. Then the article analyzed the effect of plant in promoting human physical and mental healthfrom the aspect of color, fragrance, food therapy and gardening. Effects and functions of horticultural therapy asan auxiliary therapy on concepts of holistic integrated medicine were described. Finally, the author discussedthe application prospect of plant in cross field of horticultural therapy and holistic integrated medicine in thefuture.
