摘要
基于2014年在河北省调研得到的323份农户数据,以农户玉米生产为例,选用DEA-Tobit两步法分析了收入非农化、土地规模化对农户粮食生产技术效率的影响。研究发现收入非农化和土地经营规模化都有利于农户粮食生产技术效率的提高,其中农户实际经营土地面积与生产技术效率的显著性更强。研究中还发现,农业培训也有助于增进农户的农业生产经验,有效提高生产技术效率。因此,搭建平台促进土地流转,继续支持农业大户、家庭农场等以农户为主体的规模化经营形式,增加农业培训力度和覆盖面应该作为我国农村工作中的重点。
This paper is based on the data of 323 farmer households from the survey in Hebei Province in 2014. Taking the corn production of farmer households as an example, it has adopted the DEA-Tobit two-step method to analyze the impact of non-agricultural trend of income and scale-based land operation on the grain production technology efficiency of farmer households. The research find- ings show that the non-agricultural trend of farmer household income and the scale-based land operation both contribute to improvement of the grain production technology efficiency and the real operation land area of farmer households is even more significantly correlated with the production technology efficiency. In addition, the research shows that agricultural training also contributes to enhancing the ag- ricultural production experience of farmer households and effectively improving the production technology efficiency. Therefore, setting up a platform to promote land circulation, continuing to support the farmer household-oriented scale-based operation such as big farmer household and family farm, and intensifying training effort and coverage should be the priorities of rural work in China.
