针对有业务占用信息的线路资源无法进行割接变更的问题,专门设计出一套适合带业务线路割接的数据模型。在确保业务正常运行的情况下,实现电信资源的平稳割接。系统的成功应用,大大提高了线路割接的操作周期,规范了带业务线路割接流程。

This paper mainly solves the problem that China Telecom pipeline resource management system, line resources business occupancy information can not change the cutover. Designed a set of suitable data model with service cutover and process, to ensure the normal operation and a smooth cutover of telecommunications resources. The successful application of the system greatly improves the circuit cutover operation cycle, standardizes the business process with line cutting.
