摘要
大学图书馆是高等教育的重要基础,其服务质量对高等教育有很大的影响。基于我国5个大学图书馆的调研数据,从个性化需求、可靠性、情感性、接触性、有形性、魅力性6个方面,对大学图书馆服务质量读者感知与期望差距进行了研究。
University library is an important foundation of higher education, and its service quality has a great influence on higher education. Based on the survey data of five university libraries in China, this paper studies the readers perception and expectation gap on university library's service quality from six aspects of individualized demand, reliability,emotionality, accessibility, tangibility and charm.
