介绍了黑龙江省图书馆的文献资源建设情况,重点阐述了该馆历史类二级类目图书藏量及使用情况,揭示了该馆文献资源建设存在的问题,指出该馆在文献资源建设方面应坚持"边建设、边利用"的原则。
This paper introduces the literature resources construction status of Heilongjiang Library, focusing on the collection quantity and utilization of the books of secondary category of history category in Heilongjiang Library, reveals some problems existing in the literature resources construction of Heilongjiang Library, and points out that Heilongjiang Library should adhere to the principle of＂constructing, while utilizing＂in the literature resources construction.
