摘要
目的研究黑胡椒中胡椒碱的提取工艺。方法以胡椒碱的提取率作为评价指标,对黑胡椒中胡椒碱提取工艺进行优化。结果以正交试验为依据,并结合实际生产条件,确定最终优选工艺参数。结论本法操作简单、经济,能从黑胡椒中一次性提取出大部分的胡椒碱。
Objective To establish an extraction technology of piperine from Piper nigrum L. Methods Based on evaluation of piperine extraction yield,the extraction process was optimized. Results Based on the orthogonal experiment and actual production condition,the final selection process parameters were confirmed. Conclusion The method was simple and economic,which can extract most piperine at one time.
