摘要
事业单位招聘面试是事业单位公开招聘中的重要环节,经过近十年的实践探索,招聘面试取得了较好的成效。与此同时,招聘面试面临的问题和挑战也越来越多,本文在梳理当前事业单位招聘面试主要问题的基础上,提出了重视面试的技术研发与设计、加强面试考官的管理与培训、完善面试的组织实施办法等对策建议,期望为增强事业单位招聘面试的针对性、科学性和有效性起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Job Interview is an important part in Public Recruitment of Institution Office Workers. After nearly ten years of exploration, Institution Job Interview has got good effect in practice. At the same time, problems and challenges are also growing. This thesis analyzes the main problems existed in Institution Job Interview and puts forward some suggestions, such as placing special emphasis upon the research and development of interview technology, strengthening the management and training for interviewers, perfecting the implementing measures for interview. Hope this thesis will play an active role in helping Institution Job Interview more pertinently, scientifically and effectively in the future.
