摘要
组织机构代码证、工商营业执照和税务登记证"三证合一、单一号码"是当前商事制度改革的一项重要内容。文中着重分析如何确定"一证"和"一码",并就此项改革在福建省的推进,提出初步设想和建议。
＂Three certificate merged into one certificate and a single number ＂ of organization code certificate, business license and tax registration certificate is an important content in the commercial system reform. This article focuses on how to determine the one certificate and a single number, and then puts forward some preliminary ideas and suggestions to promote this reform in our province.
