营养不良对老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术切口的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年患者营养状况对股骨粗隆间骨折手术切口的影响。方法回顾性分析115例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,对患者术前的营养状况进行评估并结合术后手术切口恢复情况进行讨论。结果术前按血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及总淋巴细胞计数评估营养不良发生率分别为31.3%、45.22%及23.48%。术后共19例患者出现切口并发症,切口并发症患者血清白蛋白、前白蛋白明显低于未出现切口并发症患者(<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者营养不良发生率较高,营养不良影响切口愈合。血清白蛋白和前白蛋白对预测切口并发症发生有意义。
