2014年,在国际和地区形势深刻复杂演变过程中,处在高位运行的中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系进入新的发展阶段,两国政治互信进一步加深,战略协作更趋紧密。中国愈加重视深化对俄罗斯各领域合作,俄罗斯一改对华合作畏首畏尾心态,前所未有地取消了对华合作的一些限制,使两国军事和能源合作取得突破性进展,其他领域合作出现"全面开花"态势。在俄罗斯战略重心总体向亚太地区转移调整中,俄罗斯对华全方位、宽领域、深层次的合作进程提前到来。虽然两国各领域合作仍面·临诸多挑战,但中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系的强劲发展势头难以逆转。

In 2014 China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination entered a new phase of development under the background of complicate international and regional situation.China increasingly deepened cooperation with Russia in various areas,while Russia gradually changed,that it hadn't before,the timidity in cooperation with China and cancelled some limitations in cooperation with China.It makes a breakthrough in mihtary and energy cooperation between the two countries.At the time when it turns the strategic focus into the Asia-Pacific region,Russia's all-round,wide-ranging and deep cooperation with China has come ahead of time,although the bilateral cooperation in various fields is still faces many challenges.
