基于扎根理论的隐性知识流转网成员合作意愿影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Members Cooperation Intention in Tacit Knowledge Transfer Network Based on Grounded Theory

成员合作是隐性知识流转网功能实现和顺利运行的基础,成员合作意愿是成员选择合作行为的前提条件。通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论探究影响成员合作意愿的深层次因素。研究发现,合作收益(内驱性因素)、合作成本(调节性因素)、合作风险(情境性因素)和合作环境(支撑性因素)4个主范畴对成员合作意愿存在显著影响,并探讨了理论模型及成员合作意愿的动力机制、调节机制、阻碍机制及保障机制等作用机制。

Cooperation is basic of the function realization and smooth running of tacit knowledge transfer network. Intention to cooperate is a prerequisite for member cooperative behavior. Through the depth interviews, the deep influence factors of members cooperation intention were investigated by grounded theory. The results indicated cooperation benefits （internal driving factors）, cooperation cost（regulatory factors）, cooperation risk（situational factors） and cooperative environment （supporting factor） of four main categories have significant impacts on members cooperative intention, and justified the theoretical model and dynamic mechanism, adjustment mechanism, hindered mechanism and security mechanism of members cooperation.
