摘要
目的探析医院放射诊疗防护管理措施,期许为医院放疗防护管理提供有价值的参考。方法结合放射防护管理意义,通过提高防护意识、完善管理体制、备好防护用品及器材、加强档案管理、加强各部门协作等方式加强医院放疗防护管理。结果放射防护管理意义较大,应从提高防护意识、完善管理体制、备好防护用品及器材、加强档案管理、加强部门协作五方面来管理。结论医院内部需重视放射诊疗防护管理,通过采取有效措施,加大防护力度,提高管理水平。
