心肌致密化不全患者应用心脏彩色B超的诊断价值研究

目的探讨心脏彩色B型超声对于心肌致密化不全（NVM）的，临床诊断价值。方法收集2010年1月～2015年1月我院收治的NVM患者11例．采用彩色多普勒超声进行二维、M型以及多切面检查。结果11例患者诊断结果显示，6例为单纯左室心肌致密化不全，3例合并肺动脉高压，1例合并室间隔缺损，1例右室心肌致密化不全。结论心脏彩色B型超声能够早期检出NVM患者的心肌结构异常以及致密化心肌的结构功能状态，对于不明原因性心肌病以及心脏扩大具有较高的诊断效能。

Objeetive Diagnostic value for myocardial insufficiency compact （NVM） clinical study cardiac color B-mode ultrasound. Methods Ⅰ 1 patients with NVM were collected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015, the use of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, M-type and multi-slice examination. Results Ⅱ cases of patients with the diagnosis display, 6 cases of left ventricular noncompaction alone, 3 cases of pulmonary hypertension, 1 case ventricular septal defect, 1 case of fight ventricular NVM. Conclusion Cardiac color B-mode ultrasound to early detection of abnormal cardiac structure, and the structure and function of the patient NVM state densification of the myocardium, for unexplained cardiomyopathy and cardiac enlargement has a high diagnostic efficacy.
