摘要
目的探讨十二指肠间质瘤的临床诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析20例十二指肠间质瘤患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均接受肿瘤切除术并通过组织病理及免疫组化确诊,预后良好。结论早期手术及联合伊马替尼是目前主要治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of duodenal stromal tumor. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 20 cases of duodenal stromal tumor. Results All patients underwent tumor resection and confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry, good prognosis. Conclusion Early surgery and combined with imatinib are the main treatment methods.
